Logalty Group exceeds €40 million in turnover and grows by 12.5% in the Iberian Peninsula

Logalty Group ended the 2025 financial year with total revenue of €40.1 million, reaching this milestone for the first time and recording growth of 12.54% in the Iberian market, where turnover stood at €35 million

The leading provider of LegalTech and RegTech solutions also holds a 14% market share in the Iberian Peninsula, further cementing its position among the region’s key industry players.

In the Spanish market, revenue grew by over 13% to €30 million, whilst in Portugal the increase was around 9%, with revenue of €5 million.

At year-end, the group achieved an EBITDA of €14 million, with a profit margin of 35%, driven by the optimisation and integration of its teams, processes and solutions.

As María Dolores Pescador, Executive Chairwoman of Logalty Group, pointed out, these results demonstrate the company’s strength in an increasingly challenging environment.

“Ending 2025 with double-digit growth in the Iberian market and exceeding 40 million globally confirms that we have managed to maintain our clients’ trust in an increasingly challenging environment”

The executive also highlighted the growing market penetration of the company’s solutions.

“Today, ‘sending a Logalty’ has become an increasingly common expression, reflecting how our solutions have become part of the daily lives of individuals, companies and institutions.”

Boosting international growth

These results form part of the strategic expansion plan launched in 2021, backed by MCH Private Equity. Since then, Logalty Group has completed four acquisitions, tripled its workforce and seen its turnover rise from €16 million to over €40 million.

As part of this roadmap, in 2025 the company signed an agreement with SeguriData Privada to roll out its digital contracting, certification and identification technologies across nine countries in Latin America.

Logalty Group currently serves over 500 large corporate clients and more than 22,000 SMEs, operates across 13 sectors and 34 sub-sectors in over 147 countries, and achieves an end-user satisfaction rate of over 93%.

A commitment to digital identity

Alongside its expansion, Logalty Group is developing new solutions focused on digital identity verification, with the aim of reducing fraud and streamlining processes such as the signing of contracts or the validation of data in digital environments.

These solutions include Very-ID, technology that enables identity verification by linking to the physical ID card and which can already be used with the digital MiDNI of the Spanish National Police, which organisations will be required to recognise as a valid form of identification from 1 April 2026.

In addition, the company has launched tools that enable real-time verification of information from official sources, helping to reduce red tape, waiting times and costs in processes such as the granting of finance.

In the words of María Dolores Pescador, the aim is to strengthen trust in digital processes within an increasingly regulated framework.

“In a European context where competitiveness and digital security are key, Logalty Group positions itself as a player capable of accelerating digital transformation by offering reliable identity and certification solutions.”
