Logalty Group receives the Chamber of Commerce internationalisation award

We are pleased to share that on Thursday 28th September we were given the Accésit award for internationalisation, an honour granted as part of the 7th Community of Madrid SME of the Year Awards.

Our Executive Chairman, María Dolores Pescador, collected the award on behalf of the company at an event organised by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and Banco Santander, in collaboration with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the newspaper El País.

Following more than 15 years of national growth, during which time the company established itself as a benchmark company in Spain, in 2021 MCH Private Equity and Ardian joined the fold, becoming shareholders and creating the Logalty Group. This has proven to be a launching pad for future growth and international expansion, mainly in Europe.

In 2022, the company took a major stake in DigitalSign, a leading e-signature company in Portugal and Brazil, helping Logalty gain entry to these countries’ markets. As a result of this partnership, Logalty Group has consolidated itself as the leader in the digital transaction management (DTM) sector in the Iberian market and as one of the main players on a European level.

In the same year, the company strengthened its foothold in Spain with the acquisition of Firmaprofesional, the market leader in the trust service provider market.

These latest acquisitions follow on from the initial acquisitions that helped shaped the Logalty Group, when SmartBiometrik and RegTech Advanced Solutions joined the family.

As a result, the Group now has bases in SpainPortugalMexico and Brazil and is among Europe’s leading groups, already ranking fourth among legaltech and regtech firms in Europe and boasting a global reach. Fruit of this privileged position is the fact that more than 170 million electronic signatures and more than 108 million transactions have been carried out under the Logalty trustmark in some 147 countries.

The company possesses all the necessary certification to guarantee that all its transactions in Europe and LATAM meet all the maximum legal and technological security requirements. Its ambitious innovation projects have generated countless benefits in terms of sustainability, ROI, risk reduction, governance and efficiency for all its customers.

Since 2021, Logalty Group’s turnover has more than doubled, thanks to a process of expansion and internationalisation that today places the company among the European leaders in its sector.

The Logalty Group has also been chosen by the European Commission to join three European Blockchain consortia, namely DC4EU (Digital Credentials for Europe), EBSI-VECTOR (EBSI-enabled Verifiable Credentials and Trusted Organisations Registries) and EBSI-NE (EBSI Node Expansion). All these initiatives form part of eIDAS2, which aims to establish a new framework for the European digital identity. Through its participation in these projects, the company plays an active role in the progressive digitalisation of European citizens, contributing its know-how and expertise as a leading company in the sector.

Today we celebrate the fruits of that effort and thank the Madrid Chamber of Commerce for this recognition of our international growth.
