Thanks to our record in the field of digital signatures and electronic notifications, we have signed a 24-month agreement to provide certified postal notification and other services, including a return to sender facility when the notice cannot be delivered. All these services are covered by Logalty’s guarantees and meet the requirements of current legislation.
Services Logalty will provide to the Social Housing Agency
Logalty will be responsible for sending certified postal notifications in the autonomous region. They will be issued electronically from the terminals of authorised persons and physically delivered on paper to the recipient’s address.
The certified postal notification service provides assurance of content integrity and proof:
- That the message has been received
- Of the date of receipt
- Of the identity of the addressee or person who took delivery
The service also includes the safekeeping of the evidence collected for at least five years. Logalty’s platforms also allow AVS employees to be assigned profiles according to their level of responsibility and to track and monitor the status and result of a notification.
