His arrival reinforces the Group’s growth strategy and its positioning in key markets where demand for reliable digital processes continues to expand.
Javier Fernández-Peña takes up his management role with the aim of ensuring continuity and driving forward the commercial work and expansion strategy developed by Manuel, which have been key to the company’s evolution and consolidation.
With over 25 years of international experience in leading technology companies such as Meta and Google, Javier brings solid experience in commercial leadership, global business development and key account management, in highly competitive sectors and in high-tech innovation environments. Throughout his career, he has led teams and commercial strategies focused on sustainable growth and long-term value creation for customers and partners.
His education includes a Management Development Programme (PDG) from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF, a combination that enhances his strategic vision and his ability to lead teams and markets in the midst of digital transformation.
