Data storage

Data subjects are asked for the data that are strictly necessary to prove that the official identity document accreditation service (Very-ID) is functioning properly and, where appropriate, to correct or enhance it. Refusal to disclose such data renders it impossible to provide the service.

The security measures are those set forth in ETSI EN 319 401 and in the National Security Framework.
Is automated decision-making done?
Logalty does not carry out automated decision-making or even profiling.
Are international data transfers made?
Logalty does not transfer the personal data to third countries.

Right to file a claim with the supervisory authority
