In 2014 Securitas Direct and LOGALTY began their professional relationship with two LOGALTY’s Trust Services with evidence generated by intermediation:
1.- Certified Electronic Contracting Service in service subscription, to carry out remote contracting processes, complying with all the regulations applicable and using the “handwritten digital signature”.
- This service allows having robust legal evidence of the contracts tracking, guaranteeing the electronic signatures of the issuer and the receiver (the client in this case), the time stamps of each part of the process, the integrity of the contents of the transaction with notarial deposits of the summary function, the previous provision of all documents in a durable medium, the association of digital handwritten signature with the contents of the displayed documents and the delivery also on a durable medium to both parts of the entire signed documentation, together with LOGALTY certificates proving the contract.
2.- Certified Electronic Notification Service, with evidence of its provision in a durable medium and telematic reception with acknowledgment of receipt of all documentation associated with the contracting of Securitas Direct services
- This service allows having robust legal evidence of all the notifications made, guaranteeing the electronic signatures of the issuer when sending the documentation to its clients, the electronic signature of the client when receiving the notification, the time stamps of each part of the process, the integrity of the contents notified with notarial deposits of the hash function, and the delivery also on a durable medium to both parties of all the documents sent, together with Logalty certificates accrediting the notification.
Once these two services were established, Securitas Direct expanded its collaboration with LOGALTY with two other additional services, in this case, within the scope of Communications:
– Certified Email, for communications with its clients via email
– Certified SMS, for those communications made via cell pone
With these services, LOGALTY makes available the documentation and information required in a very efficient and safe way to customers, allowing to have evidence of its availability, time stamps of the process phases, electronic signature of the issuer, integrity of content including notarial deposits detailed above, and its delivery on a durable basis to both parties, together with LOGALTY certificates accrediting the communication.
Currently, Securitas Direct is reaching its clients through LOGALTY services, both in the field of Contracting (with a digital handwritten signature on tablets and also with an OTP – SMS signature sent to clients’ cell phones in direct-channel contracting), as in Notification and Certified Electronic Communication.
All LOGALTY services have been built on the following pillars:
- Full legal certainty
- Maximum level of efficiency, both in costs and time
- Maximum operational usability
Due to the results obtained and the high level of satisfaction, Securitas Direct and LOGALTY are expanding their geographical implementation, already offering these services in other countries like Portugal.
