Privacy Policy Very-ID

In line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), LOGALTY PRUEBA POR INTERPOSICIÓN S.L. (“LOGALTY”) hereby informs you that your personal data are required for the purpose of providing the Very-ID service.

The Very-ID service is offered in two different ways: VERY-ID AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENT, which allows the RELYING PARTY to receive an ELECTRONIC ATTESTATION OF ATTRIBUTES based on an official identity document, and VERY-ID IDENTIFIED HOLDER, which additionally requires the prior identification of the USER by means of their advanced electronic signature, proof of which is included in the ELECTRONIC ATTESTATION OF ATTRIBUTES.

Legal basis The legal grounds for processing your personal data are the performance of the contract with the data subject, the fulfilment of the legal obligations laid down in the eIDAS Regulation, and also legitimate interest.
Recipients Judicial, administrative and arbitration bodies, in the exercise of their powers, in particular for the purpose of serving as evidence in legal proceedings, in procedures involving the supervision of the service activity and in procedures to control data protection regulations.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Data storage

The personal data provided are kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods of legal prescription and those resulting from the exercise of the corresponding administrative and judicial claims.

Biometric data are not stored.

Data communication

In order to provide the service, it is not necessary to communicate the information you have provided us with to third parties, except for legal obligations, which may include communication to public administrations, Judges and Courts in the event of any potential liability arising from the processing of your personal data.

Rights of the data subject

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of their data by Logalty.

You may exercise your rights to access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data, limitation or opposition to its processing, as well as it not being subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of personal data, where applicable, at Logalty, C. de Cantabria, 2, 28108 (Edif. Amura), Alcobendas (Madrid), or by sending an email to [email protected]

Which data are required?

The data requested from the interested parties are strictly those necessary for the provision of the Very-ID service in its two modes. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to provide the service.

Security measures

The security measures are in line with those laid down in ETSI EN 319 401 and the Spanish National Security Scheme.

Are automated decisions made?

Logalty does not make automated decisions, not even in relation to profiling.

Are there any international data transfers?

Logalty does not transfer personal data to third countries.
